Rupali Ganguly, ‘Anupamaa’ star, joins BJP as a ‘big fan’ of PM Modi.

Television sensation Rupali Ganguly made a significant announcement on Wednesday, revealing her decision to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in New Delhi just before the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Addressing the media at the BJP headquarters in Delhi, the Anupamaa star expressed her gratitude, stating, “I am so honoured to be here. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has influenced me a lot. I am a big fan of PM Modi. BJP has been doing great work and therefore I wanted to join the BJP. I am very thankful to the party.” The event was attended by party leaders Vinod Tawde and Anil Baluni. With the 2024 Lok Sabha elections being held in seven phases, the first two phases were completed on April 19 and April 26, while the third phase is scheduled for May 7.
